All Off Piste Aquatics Camp attendees must stay at the Vail Racquet Club in order to participate in the Camp. All condos and townhomes are privately owned and individually decorated and are complete with:

A fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room

Deck or patio with electric barbecue grill

Cozy fireplace or wood stove, with complimentary firewood (seasonally) or for a fee

Television with DVD player in most rooms

Private bath for each bedroom – Master bedrooms will have one Queen bed, additional rooms will have either one Queen or 2 Twin Beds

Full access to our private club, pool & fitness center

Free wi-fi in public areas in club house and in the units

Trash & Towel Service is done daily. Guests staying 7 nights will receive a sheets change midway through their stay. Guests staying 10 or more days will receive a sheets change as well as a full mid clean during their stay. These services are free of charge to all of our resort guests. If you require more services please speak to the front desk.
All condo and townhome rentals subject to 13.97% sales tax. All reservations will require a 1 night deposit upon booking and full payment due 7 days prior to arrival. Each unit will require at least a 3 night minimum stay. After the release date of the Off Piste Aquatics discounted group rates, any additional reservations for the group will be taken at the going hotel rates on a space available basis.
Gore Creek flows through the Vail Racquet Club Resort. Cascading waterfalls can be seen from the pool and mountain peaks surround you. It’s a true Colorado experience!

VAIL RACQUET CLUB CANCELLATION RULES:
If unit (s) are cancelled after initial deposit is received, a $50 handling fee will be charged per cancelled unit for all summer reservations. Once full payment is collected all reservations are non-refundable. Full payment is taken 7 days prior to arrival for all summer reservations. See the reservation confirmation for exact cancellation policies.

PETS:
The Vail Racquet Club does not allow pets on the property or in any of the rental units. Guests found in violation of this policy will face eviction and the reservation will be non-refundable.
